Uncle D's Smokehouse BBQ & Grill is a family-owned food truck business in the Coachella Valley owned by Darryl James and LeVita Waters. Darryl's great-grandfather and grandmother both had soul food/ BBQ restaurants in Blythe and Los Angeles. He’s been in front of the pit for over 20 years. LeVita worked as a Private Chef for a few families in San Bernardino County. The first time they cooked together, she made her BBQ beans and he fell in love with them.
