As an experienced executive in the local Chamber of Commerce world, I am realizing quickly that some still have historical views of what chambers do. There are incomplete, if not downright inaccurate ideas of services, products, programs or advocacy. Be amazed at the range of issues and services your multi-city chamber offers. Innovating, busting old habits, and establishing new relationships is an essential part of our mission.

Katie has worked with the US Chamber of Commerce Accreditation Program twice over, both times receiving 5 Stars for her chamber. She currently sits on the board for the US Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management (IOM) and has also serviced on the Emerging Leaders Council for Western Association of Chamber Executives. She became an Accredited Chamber Executive (ACE) in 2013 and received her IOM in 2010. Katie was named Top 40 Under 40 for Palm Springs Life Magazine.
