Tips & Tricks - Think Like Your Customer

The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce is excited to partner with the City of Indio on this month’s edition of Tips and Tricks, a professional development series.  This month our presentation will focus on Think Like Your Customer, presented by guest speaker Asher & Asher. 
When Marketing, Promoting, Servicing and Selling your customers and potential customers, do you think like your customer?  Or do you think about what you like or need? There is a reason why Nike, McDonald’s and Coca Cola are successful.  They think like their customer and they advertise and market to that customer, as a consumer of their products.  Take a second and think about local businesses that “POPS” into your head.  What you will realize is that they all have done a great job of creating brand and name recognition.
