About Us

360 Wellness Solutions is a Medicare, COVID-19 approved startup professional corporation seeling partners to provide wholistic, CDC-compliant mobile and telehealth services to seniors or individuals recovering from the complications of COVID-19 infection or social isolation. We are available to participate with Coachella Valley cities and businesses to create solutions for our family and friends who may be struggling during these challenging time.
360 Wellness Solutions is seeking partners who are leaders in medicine, business, technology, and philanthropy to join us in creating a private practice solution to a public health crisis.

Katherine J Sullivan, PhD, PT, FAHA
Founder & Director of Mental Health & Physical Rehabilitation Services

Dr. Sullivan earned her PhD in Biokinesiology & Neuroscience from the University of Southern California and completed a Fellowship in Neurology & Cognitive Psychology at UCLA. She has over 40 years of healthcare experience that includes hospital administration and academic education. She has numerous recognitions for her service, education, and advocacy including recognition as a Fellow of the American Heart Association/Stroke Council. Dr Sullivan is a humanitarian who has dedicated her career to ending health disparity of the global community.
