360 Wellness Village is an Educational and Training 501(c)3 with a mission to create multispecialty groups that provide Complex Care Case Management and Care Coordination to underserved populations and communities of Riverside County. We are experts in Health Information Technology and Cloud-based Data Management. Our Vision is that every infant, child, veteran, persons with physical and/or cogntive disabilities, and seniors who reside in Riverside County live in a healthy, happy home. We are committed to best practices in evidence-based medicine. We are building our network of California licensed physicians, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, and social workers as collaborators with California's large population of essential workers in public health, fitness, beauty, and nutrition to support a County-wide collaborative of citizens and civic leaders who will end homelessness and increase access to affordable healthcare and housing.
