Workforce Staffing, a division within WW Ops HR, is responsible for the management of the Tier 1 talent supply chain. This encompasses market analytics, candidate attraction and communication, strategic sourcing, staffing execution at scale, and vendor management. These processes enable our business partners to meet customer demand by matching talent supply with demand. The organization is comprised of two main functions: Centralized Support (Sourcing, AACE, and O&L) & Field Delivery.
