About Us

California Behavioral Health (CBH) is a family-owned and operated 30-bed mental and behavioral health treatment facility opened in February 2019 offering a superior clinical model for the treatment of drug and alcohol addiction.
At CBH we believe in treating people with safety, dignity, and respect we are proud to have earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval® for Behavioral Health Care Accreditation -- a symbol of high quality that reflects an organization's commitment to providing safe and effective care. In addition, CBH has recently been recognized in Newsweek’s 2020 annual review of the best treatment centers in California featuring in the top 40. As a former resort area apartment complex that has been upgraded and remodeled, with residents enjoying many amenities including a full-size pool. Residents have a private bedroom in a shared unit that features a lounge area with comfortable seating and a big screen tv. In addition, residents are provided with a personal MP3 Audio Player and headphones which we download with the music or audiobooks of their choice. The facility is staffed by Master Level Clinicians with 24/7 Licensed Vocational Nurses and two executive chefs prepare three nutritious meals a day and snacks are always available.
The Clinical Team assess each individual case and tailors a treatment plan specific to that person There is no “one size fits all” thinking here. We use modalities and therapies that have been proven to be effective and sets us apart from other treatment facilities and is the core and foundation for long term recovery.
