Neuro Vitality Center, located in the Coachella Valley, is the only comprehensive adult treatment center for those challenged by neurological issues or chronic disorders. We support those who need assistance, as well as helping families and loved ones deal with the complexities of caregiving for those in need. Neuro Vitality Center is licensed by the State of California and a Certified Community Based Adult Service provider. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with more than 40 years of experience assisting clients rediscover vitality and the joy of living.
